I haven’t received my code
If you’re having trouble registering for a code or haven’t received one please get in touch with the following information
- A photo of your student ID card, which should show your course expiry date. If it doesn’t show an expiry date, you’ll need to provide a copy of your enrolment letter which should show your course details and end date. You can attach it to an email, drop us a DM on Facebook or Twitter.
- A picture/screenshot of the error message you received when filling out the form (if you have one).

Discount isn’t available on delivery charges, sale items and gift vouchers. Your discount can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer and you can only use one code per order, including our free delivery codes.
Gotrend reserves the right to terminate this discount without notice.
Your student discount is non-transferable. Should a code be used by anyone other than the designated student, the discount will be withdrawn without notice.
